online tutoring business support for tutors

Tis the season to gather long term clients who'll pay you every month

Now is the perfect time to offer tutoring services to parents. Many of their children are struggling in school and trying to get through to next year. This is the perfect time to introduce online tutoring and acquire steady clients for years to come.

All you have to do is prove yourself during this stressful time and you can easily work with the same client next year. Start by offering your introductory offer for a 1 hour tutoring session with a money back guarantee.

After the first tutoring session, you can then let your parent clients know about your monthly programs. At the end of the school year, you'll be in a great position to offer summer/prep tutoring for next year and chances are your parent clients will be happy to pay you every month through the summer and on, just to avoid this stressful situation from ever happening again.

Hi,

I had got a client by advertising in a classified. She was impressed by the first free session I gave and she has promised to stick with me for the summer. But the problem is that I am finding it difficult to get new clients. I can make out that people are actually visiting my ads but nobody is responding. Is my being an online tutor the discouraging factor? What can I do to get people actually visit my website and see my demo.

Please paste your ad so I can review it on this forum. Sometimes you can change 1 single word of an ad and double response.

Is this paid advertising? Do you have a website?

Also, I have to say, you got lucky with the free offer. I tested the free 1 hour tutoring session offer for online tutoring and about 15% signed up and pay after the free session.
Most just took the free hour session and told me they'd think about it.

Once I changed my intro offer to include educational bonuses + phone consultations, they agreed to pay $35 for the first 1 hour tutoring session. My closing rate on this was 98% and most stayed on for months even years.

Hi Scott,

Thank you for warning me against the free offer. I will keep that in mind .

Thank you,
