You do have to look at the big picture of repeat business. That's the key for any business. If you can rebill those same students again and again, great. If not, you need a steady stream or method to acquire your students in the first place.

I would try sending out some UK press releases and spreading the word that way. You'll have to find the top UK press release sites, but once you do this, it shouldn't cost you much if anything to submit your press releases.
